On the other, though (and as you mentioned), it definitely has potential to spark ideas and debate. I'll be interested to see where this app goes and what it accomplishes. Right now, I'm not sure if I buy it. I think the coolest part about this is that you can type in any type of leader to get in contact with them (hopefully!)! I also think it fits our digital age today for people to vote on what questions are the most popular or most important. I hope that they really can have these questions answered!! I do think that this could become an issue in the future if the new Kindle becomes incredibly popular. If it doesn't, I doubt that many people will pursue it. As far as whether or not I believe this is a violation of copyright, I think that the device itself is allowing it and if courts are going to deal with the issue, they should focus on the Kindle itself.
